These terms apply to all enquiries, commissions, and services provided by J.Kennedy London Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

All content created and displayed by J.Kennedy London Ltd, including but not limited to artwork, imagery, photography, website content, marketing materials, presentations, and printed or digital assets, remains the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

 

Quotes and project estimates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change depending on scope, materials, and production requirements. Work is confirmed upon written agreement.

 

A minimum deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of any order and prior to production or fulfilment commencing. Deposit levels may be subject to review depending on project scope, value, or complexity, and will be clearly confirmed as part of the quotation process. The remaining balance is payable upon completion and prior to delivery or installation.

 

In the event of cancellation, work already undertaken may be chargeable. Deposits are non-refundable once an order has been approved and production or fulfilment process has commenced.

 

J.Kennedy London Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services or artworks.
